Visited this store on 4/1 as I had an issue with my ute's interior light and clock. I'm not a car person and asked for some assistance if possible. I was attended to by Mo. Well let me tell you I know very little about cars but can assure you Mo does. What I do know a lot about is good customer service and so does Mo. Nothing was too much trouble for Mo and he had resolved my issue with a systematic, knowledgeable and utterly professional approach to my car's issue. Cheers to Jake and the boys in helping me get a sound system for my Colorado, booked it in on the day ans there was an issue but everything was sorted and he compensated me for the issue aswell. This is how business should be just good blokes selling good products
Got a new head unit, Jake helped me pick out all the right stuff. When I couldn't get it working I brought it in and he had a look at it, and between him the fitter Tony they were excellent, friendly and efficient. Wonderful customer service. Thanks boys!
