Sunday 5 June I wanted to put coolant in my over flow tank but as I turned the cap I heard a snap and I knew that couldn't be good. Got the coolant in and called Autobarn and asked if they had a replacement cap and thankfully they did. But LOL it took they guy and I near 25 mins to get the rest of the cap out of the tank and he was awesome, we worked patiently as not to break anything. Found what I wanted at the front door. Served straight away. No drama. Good experience.
I shop here all the time . Walked in 2 staff behind counter both seen me no service and served another while was there . I was also looking at dash cams it took 20 mins to get service and 2 staff we’re out the back . Today was the first time I experienced poor service . I hope mangment sees this .
Huge shoutout to Kayla, the absolute legend. As a young woman freshly on her P plates I was terrified of going into autobarn, I had no idea what I was looking for. Kayla was so helpful, kind, non-judgemental and overall amazing. Thanks for all the help! Truly a clean shop with great staff.
