Gaslighting lady behind counter blatantly lying to customers and doing whatever she can to get extra money out of them. More people need to speak up about thier treatment there and if anyone can get recorded incidents im sure there is something that can be done. I know I am not the only one.
This is second time this happened, new staff is bit rude and not helpful. A person can be confused while getting a product and needs assistance. Even place is quiet and no one wants to assist. Left other stuff that I wanted and will rather go somewhere else.
Great staff and a good range of products at reasonable prices
Helpful staff, lots of products available unfortunately not what I was looking for and needing but was able to provide an alternative option,
0 customer services skills…. The only time an employee will talk to you is when you go to the register with the goods. The rest of the time they’re too busy chatting amongst themselves about their weekend.
