Yesterday I was assisted by Alex to change over my headlight globe. She had great customer service, was very helpful and polite. I was there 20 mins from closing and she was very happy to help even though it was end of day. We also riffed on handbags and fussy cats. Thanks Alex, you were a delight!
5 staff no service to busy standing around talking to there mates
I was served this afternoon by a young lass who was very polite, product knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me find the product I needed. A University student working two jobs and a credit to Autobarn for excellent customer service Frank
