I got my car serviced at your workshop, and the very next day the drive belt broke down on the road. This is ridiculous and shows how careless your work is. Very bad service. You clearly don’t check your work properly.

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have received. And I run a fleet hire business!! I purchased a product that I could not get to work properly. I engaged two separate auto electricians to try and get the item to work. Failing this, the store opted to send the item off for assessment by the manufacturer.
