Absolutely useless. Paid top dollar to get a new head unit installed in my car. First they told me it was going to take two hours, which was fine, I asked if they could please call me when they were half an hour from finishing as I was just walking around Mount Barker on foot killing time and needed time to walk back to collect my car. two hours passed with no phone call, I rang them and asked how long it was still going to take, they told me half an hour.
