Great service and the team went above and beyond. I had a windscreen wiper fall off and break just after being to the mechanic and then had to shoot back down the south coast that night and needed the windscreen wiper to continue on the journey home NB the arm kept scratching the windscreen because of the auto sensors. These legends stayed open for me and even had the windscreen wiper ready at the counter. Made my day and got home safe. Thank you very much.

Had to walk out and go to Supercheap. Wanted a SUV cargo mat. Not enough staff to get quick directions. When I tried to ask someone, they were walking and said one minute but that took ages. I’ve been in customer service, you can always stop for 10 seconds and give directions. I even got a personal hand written letter of thanks from one customer.
