A massive shout out for Autobarn's Glenn from the Preston store for the most sexist, ageist, lazy customer service l have experienced buying a car battery costing $270.00. At the checkout l asked if Autobarn gave seniors discount? NO, Qantas rewards? NO, Glenn asked if l was a member & my mobile number was checked, NO.
