Faulty products, poor customer service

Great service, Great staff
Needed a light and spare wheel cover for my daughter's caravan. Price was agreed and I paid for the units on my card. Turned up another $47 thanks. $10 delivery plus we couldn't price match as they are not the same product as to why the light increased to $47 from $34 I don't know. All I know is never again.
I contacted autobarn today as my wife’s car battery died while out grabbing lunch. I spoke with Gene on the phone who was super helpful and offered to switch the battery out if I drove to the store. Once I got there it was clear there was more to the task than initially planned but through Gene’s perseverance we had a really positive outcome and the car is now back on the road. 100% would recommend and will be back!
