The staff member are so helpful
After doing some research on extendable towing mirrors I went to Autobarn to discuss further and make a purchase. I also sought advice on installing a cb radio. Staff very helpful, pricing competitive and also able to install products. Very happy with Autobarn

Georgia at Waurn Ponds is the most customer focused staff member I have witnessed in any organisation for a very long time. Nothing was an issue, at no point were we rushed and her knowledge of products was second to none. Other staff members were coming up asking her questions on products and she was able to give precise detail to solve issues of the other staff all the time continuing to help us. Not sure of her position, however she should be a store manager given product knowledge and exceptional customer experience.
Very friendly staff, helped me find what I needed quickly.
