Blake and Laura went above and beyond in their customer service helping me. It’s the level of service you don’t find anymore.
Partner and I went in today, only people in the shop, 2 workers standing at the front desk, leaning, chatting, they looked at us when we walked in, didn't say hello or ask if we needed a hand, we went to the wipers, no one came over, a 3rd worker walked past us, didn't acknowledge us, we were there for 10 minutes, still nothing, when we walked out, they were still at the desk, leaning, talking and 1 of them said cya. Absolutely useless.
Blake went above and beyond to make sure we purchased the right items for our car. He was knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had. Thanks for helping us finish the head unit install!
