We recently went in for a battery replacement and purchased the battery directly from them. Before proceeding, we confirmed the installation cost — we were told it would be $20, not just once, but on three separate occasions. However, once the work was completed, we were suddenly charged $50. This felt quite misleading and dishonest, especially after having confirmed the price multiple times beforehand. To add to the confusion, Autobahn Moorabbin quoted us anywhere between $12 and $20 for the same service. It's disappointing... read more
