Went in for a coolant leak and my radiator needed to be replaced by Tim’s diagnostic test. That was fine I said proceed, now I am in the same predicament with a bad radiator. If you see my picture does this look like a new radiator? Also peep the cigarette bud he left to sit in the corner of the radiator. This is absolutely not acceptable! I am hoping Tim will make this right! Not to mention that he had quoted me $800.00 for costs and next day it was $913.64. This is highway robbery. I feel so taken advantage of.

Gave me the run around for a week while he had my car. Wouldn't call me back for days after I called daily. Wanted to charge over a thousand dollars to fix a solenoid. Never recommending this place or coming back. Told my dad that he hates working on my car model instead of just admitting that he didn't want to fix my car. Unprof
