I had an accident and dented my bumper and back trunk. Instead of going straight to insurance appointed workshops(had a bad experience, bad workmanship) , I was shopping around checking and Vladimir replied with a reasonable price. After looking at the reviews and talking to him, it gave me confidence to leave the car with him. I also requested he look at my rear light that had cracked. Phenomenal service — I called for a pre purchase inspection and Vladimir met me at the dealer just ten minutes later. The inspection was very thorough, giving me information on which components would need to be serviced and when. I was much more confident moving forward with my purchase afterwards. Very friendly as well!
