Service was great. Supervisor was outstanding. Top, top. Professional & gave great customer care.
Refused to tell me over the phone how much Service B would cost. Said they’d send me a message before my appointment with an actual price; that never happened. I see reviews here quoting $2000 for Service B, which at this point I have to assume is what they’ll try to charge me. A ridiculous price for changing some air filters. Just buy a Tesla at this point. Great service I rely on Rslph he is always making an effort to keep me advised of issues, find an appt thats convenient for me etc He is the best
Brought in my Mercedes Electric SUV for its scheduled maintenance service and I had Mark Nissen as my service advisor again. He is great to work with and clearly explains what is involved in the service and when there are recommendations above what is included, he explains why it is recommended and gives you a choice. The process was so easy. He is also very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
