If you want to get your car fixed in a timely manner, you may want to try another MB service dept. Brought my car in for a simple fix, it took them months to finally fix my car. Every time they called for me to come and pick up my car, I would discover a new issue. They do not know what they are doing with the electric cars and do not check their work before the car is released. This happened 3 times over a 2 month period.
