Made my appointment online. Got a call from service that got all my information while I was driving in. Vehicle left in the evening. Service was not done until after 10am. When I went to go p/u my vehicle I waited over a half hour to just be given my keys. I never left the cashier area. At no point did it dawn on the cashier that I was STILL WAITING. The waiting area was not busy. One other customer came after me and her vehicle was brought up for her. Sad customer service.
I've had service appointments in the past with Autobahn Motors and have always had an exceptional experience from start to finish. This time the service was for a recall issue and also for the first maintenance service at 10K miles. My service advisor was Skip and he did a great job of staying in touch with me throughout the service time, making sure I was comfortable in the MB loaner and saw that my car was expertly cleaned and sanitized, ready for pick up.
