The whole team is great at Autobahn. They have taken care of our Volkswagens over several years, and they are experts, not hired help. They know these cars, and they are very thorough in diagnosing your problems, and explaining it. They are great at doing routine maintenance, and all of the other issues you may need solved!

Only reason for 2 stars is the fact that the receptionist is kind, it can be hard to break bad news. As or the reason for the no so great review. I took my audi here and they tried telling me my car needed a new engine and quoted me at 14k just for the bare engine. I thought thus didn't seem right so I sucked it up and towed it to the audi dealership in kzoo. They told me I had an oil leak and want ti change the timing cover coils and plugs. No where near needing a new engine. I have read these guys are good for anything non... read more
