They are very dishonest when dealing with WOMEN!!! I went in because the car was running hot, and the check engine light was on. My car repair cost $485.00. When I left the car was still running hot, and I was advised that there was a problem with the transmission NOW! Of course, the check engine light came back on while traveling home. I called back to ask them what did I pay them $485 for because the car is in worse condition than when I brought it in? Raymond, the owner, said they had to clean the transmission. Diagnostics – He quoted me 40 bucks to to let me know what the emission test code, they call to tell me it will be $563 to change the thermostat/air mass boot, of course I wasn't going to get it repair. Then the diagnostics changed to 65.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I took my car there and 6 hrs after the mngr "Mike" called me and said my car was ready. When I got there to pick it up nothing was done to my car AND found out only after I've PAID for the repairs! On top of that he told me he couldn't give me a refund because he didn't know how to! Imagine what I said to the freakin' guy!
