I initially spoke with Doug when I made an appointment to bring my Mercedes in. The check engine light had come on and I needed an oil change. Doug was very kind and professional and was upfront about the cost. I dropped my car off in the morning before I went to work, my vehicle was ready before I got off. The sensors that were going off on my car have been reset and the oil is changed. Any time I have a need for my vehicle, I will be bringing it back here. Thanks Doug!
When I turned my A/C or heat on, I noticed a faint smell of oil or gas. It got progressively worse. The shop that I normally take my Mercedes to, said it would be $3000. Someone then recommended Autobahn. I took it there and the total bill was about $275. Kevin and Doug laughed when I told them I had gotten a $3000 quote. It was a simple part and I feel so comfortable taking my car to them. Great service, great personalities, and total knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
