Had an odd encounter with Kevin who, while very knowledgeable, was unable to solve the issue for which I brought in my vehicle. This wasn't a big deal to me however. The odd piece came when Kevin returned my vehicle with a broken sunroof component that he claimed broke when he opened the sunroof (which I do multiple times a day - second odd part). He further raised his voice numerous times to convey this message (third oddity). Still, something I could possibly understand to occur, though I would expect the shop to stand beh... read more
