Mark was amazing! I had dramatic smoking happening from my hood. He was honest, reliable and extremely trustworthy. Turns out it was just excess oil build up sitting on a shelf inside my hood – nothing scary at all – and he didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis. As a woman, it means so much to find someone who doesn’t try to upsell, fear tactic, or take advantage. I truly appreciate his integrity and I highly recommend him!
Brought my 2016 Mini Cooper S in for an oil change. First time trying Autobahn! The gentleman was very friendly and got the service done in a very timely manner. The lady at the desk is very nice too!
