Autobahn East is the best in the business! Marcus is honest and accurate in his diagnosis and execution of proposed repairs. I'd buy another bimmer just because he's the perfect mechanic to keep the vehicle up to its highest standards! Fact.
Marc always deals with my BMW properly. Never have any issues. I will Always recommend him to others. I’ll only service my cars at autobahn as he’s very knowledgeable, reliable, and honest which is a lot of the times rare!
This was my first time at Autobahn East and I am happy with the service. I had a few questions separate from what my appointment was for and Mark answered them all. I will definitely come back again for other services. I was also glad to see that he was training other apprentices there. We need more independent trust worthy shops instead of stealerships
