I cannot recommend Autobahn Collision enough! After my accident, I was so worried that my vehicle would be totaled. Would like to preface this review by saying I gave Andy and his team every opportunity to fix things regarding my situation, and to date - I've heard nothing. I'm in the industry and understand things get away from people. Stuff happens. Mistakes get made. The people were nice. But there was a lack of communication about what they needed from the insurance, and a lack of information on what we could have done to help the process move forward regarding our insurance. This was my first accident, so we made sure to follow up with calls several times to inquire about the process and see what we needed to do to ensure the speed and efficacy of the return of our vehicle, only to find that all we needed to do was call our insurance company to have them call the company to confirm tha... read more
Autobahn Collision did an outstanding job completing my car repairs beyond my expectations. In addition, they took over interacting with my insurance company, which significantly reduced my stress during the repair process.
Awful experience, horrible repair quality. Over all it was a nightmare to work with this shop. We brought our vehicle, a 2020 Tesla Model Y in for repair after a rear end collision. They informed us they would be able to prepare an estimate and begin work within 2 weeks. They prepared the estimate, but did not even begin work on the vehicle for 3 months.
