I purchased a new 2025 Subaru Forester from Subaru Superstore of Chandler in late June 2025. On July 4th someone backed into my parked vehicle doing $6,000 in damage to the right front passenger headlight and front fender assembly. Dale, Danielle and the Team at Autobahn provided excellent customer service and repair, with genuine Subaru parts, keeping me informed throughout the process, and had my Subaru returned to me ahead of schedule. Dale Steele was very helpful and professional. His expertise was invaluable. He consulted with his supervisor to repair my front end. The work he and the bodywork technician completed the repair promptly and correctly! I am grateful for their time, patience, and hard work. I would definitely return to their shop!
I took my car there after the demon-possessed security gate at my job attacked it, leaving black marks all over the back. I thought they were scratches. I believe the employee’s name was Dale? Young guy, very amazing and helpful, came out and did some liquid and cloth rag sorcery and made it look good as new, right then and there. Wonderful nice guy, deserves a raise. I couldn’t be a Dale on my best day. What a damn gem. Protect Dale at all costs.
Full disclosure...I actually have no experience with the auto work at this place, but I can tell you from an experience where we lost a wallet nearby that the staff is fantastic! The porter found our wallet (which had no doubt been left atop our car and fallen off near this business. He took it inside and I don't think he even opened it up. They held it and when we came looking for it (because we had a tracker inside), they asked for permission to open it, verified the identification inside and returned it to us. We actua... read more
I cannot get over how amazing every staff member was. I highly recommend them for any work a car needs done and plan to use them in the future. They were so kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. So glad my mom send me to them!!
