My first time at this shop with my 2013 Audi A6 3.0. The repair was done, overheating problem solved. This was one of the few times I got my car back the same day as promised. Other shops usually found a reason to keep it longer. Thank you.
Oh boy where do i start? Brought my BMW in for an oil leak which oil got into the alternator and a little in the starter and it needed to be repaired. Long story short, the car sat in the lot for over 2 weeks then when pulled in they couldn’t crank the car over (alternator was seized) they used a bar to try and rotate it which caused my timing chain to shift and ruining the cylinders. As of today i am most likely needing a new motor or swapping components from the new one into mine or vice versa. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!
