I just came to Autobahn to ask a question regarding a sound I heard on the highway while driving my car and the guy just fully walked away from me as I’m talking and I asked him a simple question and he’s just being very rude with his answers. First time customer 2011 BMW sport wagon Estimate was competitively priced and way less expensive to the dealer bandits. Service was provided and completed when promised. In the beginning of the year I had work done there on my VW. When I got my car back all the tire bolts were loose so loose that one flew off while I was driving back to the shop so they could check it again. They said it was safe to drive back as well. They said they would fix the damage and I was happy with that. I have had no other contact with them since. Now I have come to find that they have used lock tight on 3 of my 4 tires.
