Awesome service there system remembers the car so its an easy transaction.
Maybe it’s time to start looking for another place to get the service done on all four of our vehicles. I’ve been taking my cars here for years now and have never really had a problem the vehicles that I’ve had detailed have always come out great. But the last time I brought my daughter’s car in I had noticed that it was low on oil but close enough in between changes that I had decided to just get the oil change done at that point. Carlos at the Richland location deserves all the tips and a raise! We went through that location for the first time today and he seems to be the only one working and he did an awesome job! When we got there, there was 1 car currently going through and 2 before us in line. Excellent job on shampooing my car seats. Even went above and beyond to clean my dash, windows, vacuum and console. Great value, excellent service and easy to schedule. Highly recommend.
