Booked a full interior detail and sent an email to ask a question 4 days later and no reply. Poor customer service for the most basic of tasks, I’ll just do it myself. I saw good reviews but If you can’t do something as basic as answer a question then nah I’ll save hundreds just doing it myself. Looking at other bad reviews is like you guys need to respond better like the oil change it’s dirt from the engine just actually explain oil doesn’t stay clear ain’t hard to understand or explain.
I give “0” stars (I had to choose “1” star to post this) - I went to Autobahn yesterday 5/26/2025 to get my oil changed - I literally just sat down and the guy comes to me and says we’re done your oil has been changed. My total time there was 8 minutes - I said what….are you sure - he laughed and said yes it’s all changed - I said ok and my wiper fluid was empty did you fill that - he said yes. I’m not sure exactly what happened to me but when i washed my car out my car looked exactly the same as if I didn’t wash it at all. Litteraly I was able to wipe off marks with my own finger. Definitely a waste of money and disappointing.
