Amazing car buying experience. Would recommend
Toronto guy here. I purchased a used Tesla and Karim Shalaby has been amazing throughout the whole experience. The general consensus is to have doubts about car salespeople but Karim definitely breaks that stereotype as the whole process had been stress free and smooth. All cars that were shown to me had full disclosure and there were no "hidden fees". I went and looked at a vehicle that they had for sale, it had the engine light on. The sales person said they put a new battery in the vehicle and it could be that. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and he said he would have the engine light looked at. I picked up the vehicle and the engine light was still on. I tried several times to get this looked after by the sales person with no success and then he blocked me.
Montreal guy here. The five stars are real! Mike Skaff was nothing short of the most professional, patient and accommodating sales guy I have ever dealt with. I flipped-flopped and he stayed cool and guided me to my best experience and a vehicle I never thought I could have!!!! If you are looking to buy or sell a vehicle, I strongly suggest you dont go to autoagents. You will truly regret it! We have had to bring the car to the mecanics 5 times so far since getting it 3 months ago, spending thousands of dollars extra -.-
