I went and looked at a vehicle that they had for sale, it had the engine light on. The sales person said they put a new battery in the vehicle and it could be that. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and he said he would have the engine light looked at. I picked up the vehicle and the engine light was still on. I tried several times to get this looked after by the sales person with no success and then he blocked me…..YES I DID BUY THE VEHICLE FROM THAT LOCATION!!!
Moe gave us great customer Service, and the help from him was pho nominal. The service was fantastic in all the help that we received. Very pleased with the BMW L1 love it. Could not ask for anything better. If you want great service, and a nice vehicle that you would be happy with we would recommend Auto Agents. All the employees were amazing, and made us feel like family.
