Autoactive at Artarmon have serviced my Mercedes C-class car for over 4 years. I have found Bruce to be exceptionally thorough, passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to Mercedes cars. His attention to detail is just amazing and the level of communication is something I've never encountered before. I just wouldn't go anywhere else.
So, I found my guy!! My first time taking my car to Bruce for a service. WOW! I usually hate dealing with service centres and mechanics but Bruce is totally different. Honest, friendly and fair. He took photo’s and video’s to show me what was done. So much better. I hated paying for things that I couldn’t see and had no idea if needed in the past. While I don’t want Bruce to get too busy from great reviews, I felt I must tell how great my experience was. Thank you Bruce. Can’t get rid of me now!
Wish I'd found this place years ago! Passat Alltrack major service - extremely professional, honest, and transparent explaining what needed to be done. On collection all the work carried out was explained in detail. It's obvious they take great pride in their work as everything was done to meticulous standards. Excellent communication and everything was perfect; I will definitely be getting all future services here. 10/10
