Nightmare. Below was copied and pasted from our formal complaint to Consumer Protection Office... -The merchant advertised the car on Facebook marketplace saying "Body and mechanic in very good condition - nothing to do". The merchant presented the car as having no issues, no rust, and ready to drive across Canada (which was the desired use the consumer mentioned to the merchant).
