I am relatively new to the Pensacola/Gulf Breeze area (app. 18 months). I have used Auto Extreme for service of my personal vehicles on several occasions and have had a pleasant experience on each occasion. The techs are very knowledgeable and the shop is equipped with more diagnostic equipment than I have seen in any one location anywhere! The pricing is not the cheapest around, however the quality of service and friendly, helpful staff made the experience well worth the cost. Excellent /Honest service provided for yrs. I've never had to complain. They have always exceeded my expectation. On a side note, they are community minded. Always involve in supporting our military community. I will always go out of my to ensure my vehicles end up there for service. I get peace of mind knowing they take care of my vehicles.
NEVER SEEN THIS HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE BEFORE – Topnotch service: Very professional and EXCELLENT workmanship and service. I recommend them as the BEST place I have ever used for any auto repairs. Owner is named Glen. After the repair is done he is not the kind of business owner that just takes your money & shoos you out the door. He talked with us for quite some time before & after we paid. EXCELLENT SERVICE & VALUE!! – This guy is crazy...First your idea that an intake induction cleaning can be done for ten bucks is CRAZY!!! An intake induction cleaning is more than just pouring a can of conditioner in the tank. As far as a vacuum leak causing a fuel pump, which is an electrical component located INSIDE the fuel tank, is COMPLETELY IMPOSSIBLE. The 2 systems are TOTALLY unrelated. SCAM Xtreme SCAM – In Dec 2009 I took my vehicle to this shop for repair. After completion I was charged $150 and told that I needed a $250 induction cleaning. I declined and after some research found that this could be done for approximately $10. My vehicle continued to run poorly for months but I had lost trust in Auto Xtreme so I did not return.
