I had such a great experience at Take 5 thanks to Austin and Landon. Austin primarily worked on my car, and he was genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people I’ve dealt with in a long time. The service itself was great. The guys were doing their best but instead of it being a quick 15 minute oil change, I sat in line waiting for almost an hour and a half. There were deceptively two lanes open and only two cars in front of me. Unfortunately there was only one person doing the oil changes and he was running back-and-forth from each line so instead of their only being two cars in front of me there were really five cars in front of me. Back in November 2025 I got an oil change at this Take 5 Allen location. I left only to shortly realize (minutes before leaving for a trip) my oil was leaking all over my garage and driveway. Puddles worth!! I immediately went back to Take 5 and showed them the pictures and videos. They apologized and got to working on my car, and admitted they didn't properly plug it. Kaleb and Adrien did my oil change and air filter replacement today. They were both very proficient in their jobs. They explained to me everything they did and provided good education on what my car needed. I also felt like I had options in what I was purchasing and didn’t feel forced to buy anything extra. Landon also did my inspection and he was great. Thank y’all for taking care of my car!
