Ray was extremely professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to everybody and anybody all my family members and friends. He was over the top helpful and took care of my vehicle with the upmost professionalism and went out of his way to ensure oil was accurate for that vehicle. I'm really appreciative again thank you Mr. Ray.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had at an oil change location. We pulled in and waited for 30 min and two other cars pulled in after and they did both of those before they ever talked to me. I ended up waiting an hour without a single person coming to my window or checking in. Then when I asked about it they were extremely rude and laughed about it. Turns out they knew the people driving the other two cars. I’ve never left a bad review for anything but that was absurd and extremely disappointing.

Sheldon was holding down the fort by himself and did a great job! Not only with my oil change but his people skills and customer service were top notch. Although we had to wait because he was short handed, his respectful and pleasant attitude made me, and the customers around me, appreciate his handling of the whole situation. He even gave us water as we waited and respectfully advised us that he was by himself and going as fast as he could. I’ll definitely be back. Give this man a huge raise and a bonus!!!

I had stopped coming to the Allen location last year because the service had gone down. Decided to give them another try and the staff was different than before. Ryland and Austin helped me and they were great! I was overcharged and they gave me great advice for my car. Definitely will start coming back to this location.

If you want the definition of hard-working and all-around great service, I recommend going to check out this Take 5 Oil Change here in Allen off of Main. I went, and it was only two of them, Austin and Landon. When I say they've been busy, they've been busy! There were only two of them working, and they were still taking care of the line and serving each car in a timely and professional manner. They not only deserve a raise, especially on a hot Friday afternoon—and I mean hot, it was 94° but felt like 103° according to the w... read more
