Kaleb and Adrien did my oil change and air filter replacement today. They were both very proficient in their jobs. They explained to me everything they did and provided good education on what my car needed. I also felt like I had options in what I was purchasing and didn’t feel forced to buy anything extra. Landon also did my inspection and he was great. Thank y’all for taking care of my car!
Sheldon was holding down the fort by himself and did a great job! Not only with my oil change but his people skills and customer service were top notch. Although we had to wait because he was short handed, his respectful and pleasant attitude made me, and the customers around me, appreciate his handling of the whole situation. He even gave us water as we waited and respectfully advised us that he was by himself and going as fast as he could. I’ll definitely be back. Give this man a huge raise and a bonus!!!
I had stopped coming to the Allen location last year because the service had gone down. Decided to give them another try and the staff was different than before. Ryland and Austin helped me and they were great! I was overcharged and they gave me great advice for my car. Definitely will start coming back to this location.
If you want the definition of hard-working and all-around great service, I recommend going to check out this Take 5 Oil Change here in Allen off of Main. I went, and it was only two of them, Austin and Landon. When I say they've been busy, they've been busy! Back in November 2025 I got an oil change at this Take 5 Allen location. I left only to shortly realize (minutes before leaving for a trip) my oil was leaking all over my garage and driveway. Puddles worth!! I immediately went back to Take 5 and showed them the pictures and videos. They apologized and got to working on my car, and admitted they didn't properly plug it.
