I dropped off my jeep in the morning, it was done before I left work. The service was excellent. The price was very reasonable and they fixed every issue I had. I will definitely keep coming back and bringing the rest of my vehicles.
I have been to Auto XL a few times and gotten decent service. But recently I brought in my car for an oil change and because the engine cooling fan was blowing loud. First, the guy working the front desk said his WIFI / internet connection was not working and therefore he couldn't take me, which seemed odd, especially considering there was cell and internet service on my phone and he refused to use a "hot spot" on his phone. Mercedes Benz makes great automobiles, and if you own one you know how crazy expensive Mercedes service can be. Auto XL has done great work on my C Class 4Matic at very reasonable prices. I have turned to them for routine maintenance, repairs, body work, and they have consistently provided me with superior A+ results. Business owner Liviu Mihulet has always been very generous with his time and expertise in answering all my questions. Zero reasons for me to even think about going anywhere else for service.
