The car I bought gets 50-60% of the range I was promised. I've brought this up with them to no avail despite being told there was a warranty on the battery. I also mentioned the brakes making a noise after buying the car and was assured the brakes were done prior to buying the car -- only three months the later I'm paying $700 to get the brakes fixed. Not a happy customer in the slightest and have gotten no satisfaction in addressing these issues with them.

I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Volt (Hybrid) from AutoX late October 2024, and the hybrid module of the car got faulty in January 2025. $12K down the drain - can't drive the car, can't sell it. I never really enjoyed the car. For a fully inspected vehicle, I wasn't expecting to change the oil, air filter, wipers, and headlight. The brakes also weren't sharp, but he explained that the car brakes by initially reducing the speed - I just had to learn to drive with it. Just too sad.
I bought a vehicle from Auto X. I recently had the vehicle appraised for a trade and found out the vehicle had been in an accident before I bought it. Auto X did not disclose this. Be sure to ask for a CarFax report.Buyer beware.
