I spent 3k for them to fix it and there were still a lot of issues.They “fixed” it for a while, but it started to overheat again so I brought it back in and then they had it for roughly 4 months without any word. DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE ‼️‼️‼️ Unless you don’t need it for months they will mark your car and let it sit had my car here and I called after a week I was told by the guy in the front he will call you when it’s done one month later I had to tow it somewhere else to get done the owner even put me on hold and left 20 min later I hang up call back guy in the front says he left I was baffled No customer service skills not sure where they work on the cars at I would give them no stars
I called Auto Wrench 2.0 on a Saturday at 11:30 AM, knowing they closed at 1:00 PM, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Lavelle answered the phone and provided absolutely stellar customer service. Right then and there, he built so much trust over the phone that I knew I didn't need to call any other shop.
