So thankful that John and his staff makes us (his customers) like family. He always does what he can to help this single mother get around with reliability and peace of mind. Today i took my car in (@ Lunch) and he had it fixed by the end of my day!
I have been to their shop several times, this year. They are friendly, honest, and fair. I won't go anywhere else when something unexpected happens to my vehicles.
Honest staff that will do their best to make things right.
Don't take your vehicles here, they will break it then charge you for their screw up....
One of their workers broke the dashboard on my truck over two weeks ago...nothing was said to me when I picked it up, I had to find what they broke myself....I then showed the owner, and he said they'd be in touch....well over 2 weeks, we have called, but they don't call back.....I wouldn't have them work on anything of mine again...I will be making a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and will be filing a lawsuit....I would NOT trust them!!!!!!
