We needed an urgent fix after a brake failure towing our caravan through the mountains. It's the 30th of December and Chris fitted us in. He's friendly and welcoming, but most importantly, thorough and competent. I can't recommend this workshop highly enough.
Chris is a highly recommended mechanic, I’ve been to other mechanics in Hobart but never seen a mechanic who explained in every little detail about my car with care, and he looked after my car like his. His attention to detail has been amazing, highly recommended !
Never been taken cared during a car service like Chris did. Very happy with my transmission service here at a very fair price. Very well explained whats put in and taken out, specs info that makes you feel assured that everything goes well and correct. My gear box drives smoother than before! bringing my outlander through the rest of the upcoming future services just here and my shop hunting is finally over. And wait for my colleagues booking! I heard about auto works through some friends, and have been taking my car here ever since. Chris has been amazing to deal with, has been very trusting an honest everytime. Him and the others are very good at what they do.
One of the best service in Australia. As a traveler I have travelled around Australia and many mechanics made me paid so much and didn’t actually fix a problem. On top of that, they always talked to me not very nice, not sure if it’s because mechanics are not very nice generally or because i am not Australian but international student from Thailand. This mechanic is one of the few places that made me feel comfortable and treated me the same as other customers! Thank you very much!
