Huge red flags !!!! Seller doesn’t respond, then claims it’s “too cold” to show the car. Funny how cold weather only matters when you’re asked to demonstrate something. Feels like there’s a reason they don’t want it started. Hard pass. SKETCHY IS A WORD THAT COMES TO MIND
