Everyone has been very prompt and professional. Always kept me updated with my trucks progress. Candy at the front desk was super helpful with all my questions.
Gerber was awesome to work with! The staff is kind and they are very communicative. I have zero complaints about the experience I had. They do great work as well!
I was recently hit by someone else and had Gerber approved by their insurance for the repair. If you've ever been in an accident like that you know how tedious the entire process can be. Man, Gerber was a breath of fresh air, though! Candy and the whole crew there was kind, quick, professional, and communicative every step of the way. I hope to not need collision repair for a LONG time but if I do, I know where I'm headed!
