Shop saved my trip. Jeep was overheating. Stopped there thinking it was a parts store to buy coolant. Learned it’s a service store. Mgr asked why, and then volunteered to look at my jeep. Found out I was visiting town with my son and got me in immediately and replaced the thermostat in less than three hours. I knew it was either that or the water pump. Coming from a much bigger city, I was already planning on having to rent a car and either come back for it the following week or extend my trip by multiple days.
I recently had my injectors replaced at Auto Works, and I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical at first. However, Skip and the team did a fantastic job. They were patient, honest throughout the entire process, and the pricing was very reasonable. My truck is running great with zero leaks. It’s hard to find a shop this transparent—I’ll definitely be back for future service and highly recommend them!
I couldn't be happier with Auto Works and am grateful to have found them when I was passing through town with an overheating Toyota Land Cruiser. They figured out the problem, fit me in despite being an incredibly busy shop, explained everything clearly and got me back on the road with a truck that performed even better than before. You can trust these guys (women, take note). Thank you Troy, Travis and everyone else at Auto Works.
