Love, love, love, Eric's work. His work speaks volumes. He's very empathetic, efficient & kindhearted. The best Auto Mechanic I've ever come into contact with, living in Savannah. He ordered, then replaced my passenger side mirror in less than an hour. He also replaced my brakes/rotors, and my air filters. He's Simply the Best.
To keep a long story short, we were on a road trip. Our car started shutting down. After multiple stops at repair shops and auto part stores, we finally diagnosed it as the alternator. We were on a time crunch. It's mid-day on Saturday. Autoworks was our savior. They answered the phone, without pause said they'd start working on the car immediately upon our arrival, and they did. Excellent, fast service! Eric got me in pronto, diagnosed and repaired the problem incredibly quick. He was a lifesaver because I was visiting from out of town and was on a time crunch. I highly recommend this place!
