Couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Thomson! From the very first email, he was cooperative, responsive, and genuinely understanding, making the whole process smooth and stress-free before I even made the trip. We flew from out of province to come pick up the car, and Thomson made the in-person experience just as great as our communication had been. The car drove flawlessly for the entire 1,000 km home without missing a beat, which really speaks to the quality and honesty of the sale. Highly recommend Thomson ... read more
My wife needed a vehicle and we came across this beautiful SUV in Richmond BC. We live in Calgary AB but we decided to make the trip and bring this vehicle home. Biggest reason was the sales associate FRANCESCO. He was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to give us the best deal and make us comfortable. He even arranged for us to be picked up from our hotel to the dealership. By far the best sales man we've ever dealt with. THANK YOU FRANCESCO...
I had a surprisingly great experience buying a used BMW with Auto West. Francisco was very easy to work with and he helped me resolve a minor issue with the car after I had left. I would highly recommend taking a look at their inventory if you're in the market.
Dickson was super awesome to work with. I’ve been to all the bmw dealerships in this area and autowest is by far the best one I’ve been to. Super great service and worked with my situation. I will be bringing my vehicle here for all services
Had an excellent experience with Thomson. He was very thorough and provided us with detailed answers when asked. He was kind enough to come in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. Thank you Thomson for an excellent experience!
