I had the pleasure of interacting with Ahmed and he went above and beyond to help me find a car. Had a great experience at Auto West buying my GLC 300. Ahmed was professional, helpful, and made the process smooth. He addressed my concerns about a collision claim in the Carfax and arranged photos from the repair facility, which gave me peace of mind. They also promised me a free first oil change and checkup after purchase. The sensor warning I noticed on the test drive was fixed before delivery. Shawn in financing was also clear and easy to work with. I’d happily come back to Auto West to work with Ahmed again.
