I worked with Ali at Auto Web Expo to purchase a ver specific trim of a Volvo I was looking for. He was absolutely amazing describing the condition of the vehicle perfectly accurately and sending me videos that perfectly captured the condition of the vehicle. I’m 3 states north and not local so we did this all remotely. I had a timeline on shipping that they absolutely hit perfectly. 10/10 buying experience. It couldn’t have been better even if I was local.

SCAM !!!!!! If your getting it shipped dont even bother. After the transaction they tried to hit me with fees out of picket to ship new car and ship trade in. That should have been worked into the deal. There was nothing in writing AT ALL about shipping cost period let alone out of pocket until AFTER they recieved funding from our bank. Now they wont honor it. They keep claiming but we gave you a discount and a 1k more on your trade.
