So I am leaving this review for my grandpa. He uses a flip phone so I am leaving the review. First off, MICHAEL QUINTANILLA gave us great service. We didn’t even go to buy a car. Lol. My sister bought 2 cars here and she also had Excellent service from Michael Q. Hopefully grandma and grandpa give me their Lexus when they are done!
Don't buy here. I helped a friend by co signing on a 2019 Mercedes. She had a minor accident and come to find out the car had undisclosed structural damage when we bought it that a Mercedes certified mechanic pointed out to our insurance company and the insurance totaled the car. Now this bottom feeding lying dealer is refusing to issue a refund of maintenance warranty. The insurance paid, the GAP warranty finally paid. Ami in finance lies like a rug, for what?
