I went in for a group interview and people were riding pass saying don’t work here the supervisors did a good job at making people not want to work there and it seems like people that been there for a while don’t want new people coming in. They told us it’s a high turnover rate and I see why 😂
Alot of favoritism and ass kissing with the supervisors. All the black supervisors act white Uncle Tom style!
Decent rail facility, can make local traffic busy due to constant train activity. This train traffic can become hectic and cause multiple delays.
