My insurance sent me here. The work was done very promptly, and the price was reasonable. They are easy to communicate with& they do answer the phone. Customer service is 10/10 I would go back (but I hope I don’t have to lol)
J'ai fait la vidange et demandé si tout était prêt dans 70 minutes. On m'a dit qu'il fallait attendre, comme chez le médecin. Comment ça, chez le médecin, c'est 12 heures? Au cas où, j'ai fait la vidange de la voiture de ma femme aujourd'hui dans un autre garage.
I started going to this garage a couple of years ago following some advice from a friend to try a new place after my last one had overcharged me for a repair. I’m quite happy that I did. I have always received very courteous service. As well, the cost of the repairs are affordable and for the repairs that were more complicated, they did not overcharge me and they did all they could to return it to me in a timely manner. I don’t regret the change at all!
Stay away from this place. I went to this garage, and they told me I would have to pay twice—once for a repair and again for a replacement. Previously, when I visited for a bumper issue, they told me not to fix it because the damage wasn’t big enough, and to wait until there was more damage to justify a full replacement. Now, the same garage is accusing me of insurance fraud after I followed their advice. They are clearly working hand-in-hand with the insurance company and trying to push costs back onto the customer.
