My family has bought a few cars from John over the years, and we couldnt be happier. The entire staff here are pleasant, polite, and trust worthy. I feel comfortable going there as a solo woman - which unfortunately is not common with car dealers. These guys are straight up about everything, have all the photos and paperwork for the rebuilds they sell. Every time I've bought a car from somebody else, i end up kicking myself for not just coming here.
I have bought multiple vehicles from these guys and they have always taken very well care of me reading some of these post is unbelievable a bunch of Karen’s they give great service priced well and take care of you even after the sale some of these people buying 10 and 15 year-old cars and think that it’s gonna be a brand new car just because it’s brand new to them is not how it works I love every car that I have bought from them and they have helped me with any problem that I ever had great job guys
I purchased a Lexus one year ago now and it has been nothing but amazing since. Ali was the one who helped me and was very patient and kind when helping me pick out the right car. I was so satisfied with my purchase and the service they provided. I would definitely recommend them!
Staff are really good. I dealt with John, he was excellent. He’s very knowledgeable and personable. He went through all the car fax, pictures of damage, invoices for service and repairs. John was very attentive towards my questions. The dealership was very organized and they had everything done quickly. I’d definitely purchase again from them. Thanks everyone Auto Villa.
I messaged one of their sales reps, Hamid Shobab, on Facebook Marketplace. He tried to sell me a rebuilt title car without any disclosure. When I confronted him, he claimed there’s no difference between a clean and a rebuilt title — which is completely false. To make things worse, he used a racial slur when I called him out. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine what their after-sales service is like. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
