My boyfriend Dominique has had a car with them a BMW 2015 They’ve had it in the repair shop for four weeks now giving us no update not calling us or anything about what’s going on always giving us the run around about when our car is ready. I was with auto Vida for two years would have been three this year, I felt like they could’ve work with me since I paid my car on time they just 1200 hundred because I did get behind they could’ve worked me but they didn’t they repo they I called too tried to get my car back they even answer I was charged too much for 2018 jeep
All I’m going to say is be mindful of unexpected life changes when considering purchasing a car from Auto Vida. I would not recommend them to anyone. They will put you in a vehicle that has serious mechanical issues and have the audacity to give you a warranty that’s covers absolutely NOTHING! They will smile in your face as you hand over your hard earned money just to have to turn around and spend that same amount of money getting the car fixed not even a full month later. Great place to shop for used car vehicles
It seems like everyone including myself is having the same problem with the transmission or acceleration. My car literally just got a transmission put in but it still keeps stalling or not accelerating LIKE AT ALL. They WONT put me in a SAFE VEHICLE because they dont have any other cars. Lol they gave me a car with literally only 3 lug nuts per tire like thats crazy that we are all having problems with the transmission/acceleration
