I had some insurance work done with Steve at his shop on Barton - he tried to fix a rust spot on my back rear fender but ended up creating more of an issue with the paint. Steve personally told me he would fix the mistake but has stopped answering my messages. I am now stuck with a mismatched portion of my car that looks worse than when it went in. Very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of response and the lack of ownership for his mistake. I would not recommend anyone to go see him.
Happy with their work. Friendly people. Note: they only did the flat black wrap on the hood. Insert was already done elsewhere.
The owner went above and beyond expectations when I was in need of a repair and paint job on an Acura quarter panel and rear bumper. The paint job was exceptional and done to high quality standards. Upon picking my car up Stephen took the extra time to clean and wax my exterior, as well as thoroughly clean my rims leaving my car shiny and looking like new.
