I’ve bought 3 cars of Brett and jay in the past couple of years they all have been absolutely amazing cars. Also if anything goes wrong it’s fixed very quickly. The customer service is also very good he helps in anyway he can at all. He isn’t a pushy dealer and always treats his customers with the most respect. Bought a car from here recently, couple of minor hiccups along the way which wasn't the end of the world and all been sorted and have the car in a fantastic condition, Alloys got refurbished at no extra cost and the car is super clean, Unless I come back and edit the review if I end up with any issues with the car then it is safe to assume everything is good to go. The guys went out of their way and offered a home delivery after a minor delay which is appreciated.
I purchased a 335d from these a month ago. Initially called Brett on a Saturday afternoon requesting a test drive for the next day (Sunday) Brett stated he wouldn’t be there but his colleague Jay would call me to book an appointment for a test drive. Shortly after Jay calls me and said he would be happy for the Sunday appointment and we agreed a time for the following day. Test drove the car, agreed a figure and a deposit placed.
