If i could give more than 5 stars i would. Two Harbors Auto Value has gone above and beyond customer service and support to help me out in a pinch. I had a dead vehicle and needed a couple batteries. They went out of their way to come to my house and install the batteries for me. WOW!! who else does that? The staff are all very helpful, courteous and go above and beyond to do what they can to help their customers. i am TRULY appreciative and blessed! Thank you T.H. Auto Value!
My wife's battery on her 2014 Honda CRV went dead as she was in the car wash. Al, who is the owner of Auto Value in Two Harbors, MN, came to the car wash with a battery booster and jump started it. She then drove to his store, purchased a new battery and he installed it free of charge. Exceptional service!!!!
Excellent and professional Experience! I was on a camping trip in Gooseberry Falls when I experienced battery problems. Cody and Al were more than helpful in assessing the problem and assisting me in repairs! They both have excellent knowledge in all things mechanical! With their help I was able to get back on the road and continue my trip! Much appreciated!
