Review I had a great experience with Auto Value Rentals. The rental was good overall, and I didn’t have any major issues during my rental. The only problem I experienced was that while coming from Dubuque, my GPS signal went out and the entire dashboard went blank. Other than that, everything went smoothly. I would definitely consider renting from Auto Value Rentals again.

Affordable Nice and friendly people They can make anything happen
We could not ask for better customer service. We were not sure of our plans plans but they helped us with vehicle information and sent us down to the dealership to look at a mini van like the one we were going to rent to check out the size of the storage space. Our trip went well and we had plenty of room for bags and passengers. Donna was amazingly helpful and they come with my five star recommendation. Thank You
The morning we were supposed to head out on vacation to NY I found out that the car we had reserved with another big name company wasn't going to have a car for us although we had reserved several months in advance. It was recommended I reach out to Cassill Motors. I wasn't aware they had a rental department but I called and within 10 minutes had a car reserved. Picked it up a few hours later with no issue.
