I had a frustrating experience at Auto Value on July 15th, 2025. I initially came in to buy a motor relay and was sold the wrong model for $8.24 CAD. I returned shortly after to exchange it for the correct one, which cost $25.42 CAD. I paid the difference without issue. However, after taking the part to my mechanic, I was told that the relay wasn’t the problem after all.
