Serena and Marilou were LIFE savers. I came in at a last ditch effort to look for a bill of sale and they went above and beyond to help me out. They did not have to go online, find the document, and print it for me but they did! As a result they've earned this Auto Value location a customer for life. Wonderful human beings! Janice ( or whoever the Manager is) THEY DESERVE A RAISE ASAP!
Worst customer service. Don’t cover warranties.

From the moment I walked in the door the staff were very helpful and friendly. I got everything I needed on my list. I left a very happy customer!
