Lazy. I was looking for an RV plumbing part. I had a picture of what I was looking for and wasn't really sure exactly what size it was but it looked like a pretty standard part based on what was available on amazon. I was asked what thread type it was and I wasn't sure. Then they just said they didn't carry that. This store had the parts and tools I needed when our ac belt went while driving down from Edmonton. Got there just before closing and they hung around till the last second just incase I needed something. Very friendly staff!
