Stopped in for some windshield wipers, because mine were trashed and like 5 years old. I know about as much about cars and maintenance as I do about astrophysics. Some nice dude working there picked me a pair and installed them too! In and out in like 5 minutes. They work great. I love the small town service.
I am a 61 year old small business owner in Chetek. I was in need of a battery replacement. ELISE, a customer service rep at the Chetek store went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me. Wish I could find someone like her to help me in my own business. She did her research on my collector convertible and not only was very professional but she made a somewhat stressful situation for me enjoyable.
