waste of time
No clue what they did to there website but since they changed the login form I can no longer log into my account.
This has to be the most incompetent institution I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They shut down their website for 4 days without notifying anyone. Upon trying to pay through customer service they proved incompetent as well. Now they claim their website (that looks like it was made in 1998)is back up. It seems their new “updates” made it impossible to login. Can’t wait for my late payment to hurt my credit score
