Bought a car in the 90's great car. Then got a loan from them very happy both times.
Worst company I've ever delt with. Extremely rude employees, refusal to allow you to refinance, and disrespectful. I will be refinancing with another company. What a scam.
We had a loan for a Mercedes benz glk350 and the transmission went on it with 5000 left to our loan and less then 100,000 miles on the vehicle. the staff at auto use auto loan Walter smith did everything possible to help us. first they were gonna help pay for the repairs to the vehicle but unfortunately the car had to many issue. then we had limited time to get into a car other places did not want to work with us with out a large down payment but Walter did every single thing possible to get us in to a newer car with similar... read more
